Exchanges & Returns


In the event of a return of the package and after verification by our services, the Customer will automatically receive within 15 days a 100% Refund of the returned package (excluding shipping costs) on the account of the bank card used during payment.


Important: for a package return, the Customer receiving a gift card or voucher, promotional code offered will be reimbursed against a credit valid for 6 months.

Return voucher


- Return: satisfied or refunded, you have one month from the date of shipment confirmation to benefit from a refund.



Would you like to exchange or be refunded for all or part of your online order?



1/ With a good return on www.papillonmode.com in the "Return voucher" section, you can request to make a return. Simply fill out the form, indicate the products you wish to return and tell us what was wrong. Within 48 hours maximum our team will validate your request. You can then return the goods and send us your products, whatever the reason.


You have 14 days from the date the package is made available at the relay point to return it and send it to the address below:

Once the products have been checked and the return period verified by our teams, we proceed:

- reimbursement by direct transfer to your bank account upon receipt of the returned package or against a credit for the amount of the returned goods.


- in case of exchange, you just need to reorder on the site directly.

1. Collect the validated return voucher from your mailbox.




2. Print the validated Return Form and slip it inside your package with a copy of your purchase invoice. Pack the item(s) to be returned in accordance with the instructions below.



3. Stick the sticker on the package and drop it off at your local post office (the return of the package remains the buyer's responsibility).



ATTENTION :

DO NOT TAPE THE SHOE BOX - PUT THE SHOE BOX IN A CARDBOARD OR OTHER PACKAGING.

ALL RETURNS WITH A TAPED OR DAMAGED SHOE BOX WILL BE REFUSED.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN VISIBLY USED, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE.




1. Original packaging. All items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged as they were sent to you. Items must not have been worn.



2. Protection of your return. Attention: shoe boxes should not be used directly for shipping, they must be packaged.



Packages that do not comply with the above points and/or which are returned postage due will be systematically refused.



We will refund you (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of the return package, directly to the bank card or Paypal account used when paying for the order or at the Customer's request with a credit note valid for 6 months.



If delivery costs were offered during a current special offer from a certain amount spent (example from €69 spent, excluding vouchers, gift cards, promo codes, credits) these costs (€4.99) are automatically deducted from the refund.



Only

upon request of the buyer a credit note valid for 6 months can be issued for a future order and no delivery costs in this case will be deducted.


Condition to benefit from free shipping costs for an order is to have spent minimum 69€ in the same order (also after possible reimbursement).



Important :



To ensure that your request is processed in the best possible conditions, please ensure that you complete the Return Form form correctly, providing the requested information as accurately as possible.
