In the event of a return of the package and after verification by our services, the Customer will automatically receive within 15 days a 100% refund of the returned package (excluding shipping costs) to the account of the bank card used during payment.
Important: for a returned package, the Customer who receives a gift card or voucher, promotional code offered will be reimbursed against a credit note valid for 6 months.

Would you like to exchange or be refunded for all or part of your online order?
1/ With a return voucher on www.papillonmode.com in the "Return voucher" section, you can request a return. Simply fill out the form, indicate the products you wish to return and tell us what was wrong. Our team will validate your request within 48 hours maximum. You can then return the merchandise and send us your products, regardless of the reason.
You have 14 days from the time the package is made available at the relay point to return it and send it to the address below:

Once the products have been checked and the return period verified by our teams, we proceed:
- reimbursement by direct transfer to your bank account upon receipt of the returned package or against a credit note for the amount of the returned goods.
- in case of exchange, you simply need to reorder directly on the site.
Returns/Refunds:

1. Collect the validated return slip from your mailbox.
2. Print the validated Return Form and slip it inside your package with a copy of your purchase invoice. Pack the item(s) to be returned according to the instructions below.
3. Stick the sticker on the package and drop it off at your post office (the return of the package remains the buyer's responsibility).
ATTENTION :
DO NOT TAPE THE SHOE BOX - PLACE THE SHOE BOX IN CARDBOARD OR OTHER PACKAGING.
ALL RETURNS WITH A TAPED OR DAMAGED SHOE BOX WILL BE REFUSED.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN VISIBLY USED, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE.
1. Original packaging. All items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged as sent to you. Items must not have been worn.
2. Protecting your return. Please note: Shoe boxes should not be used directly for shipping; they must be packaged.
Packages that do not comply with the above points and/or are returned postage due will be systematically refused.
We will refund you (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned package, directly to the bank card or Paypal account used when paying for the order or at the Customer's discretion with a credit note valid for 6 months.
If delivery charges were offered during a current special offer from a certain amount spent (example from €69 spent, excluding vouchers, gift cards, promo codes, credit notes) these charges (€4.99) are automatically deducted from the refund.

At the buyer's request, a credit note valid for 6 months can be issued for a future order and no delivery costs will be deducted in this case.
Condition to benefit from free shipping costs for an order is to have spent at least €69 in the same order (also after possible reimbursement).
Important :
To ensure your request is processed in the best possible conditions, please ensure that you complete the Return Form form, providing the requested information as accurately as possible.
